Lucent Lighting is delighted to announce that we have been re-awarded our ISO 9001:2015 certification for the second year running and have recently been awarded ISO14001:2015 certification for the first time. These are both internationally recognised standards that ensures we meet the needs of our clients through an effective quality and environmental management system.

Throughout the accreditation process we have developed and implemented a robust quality and environmental management system which has enabled us to improve our overall performance, demonstrate our social responsibility and maintain a high level of quality in everything we do.

To become ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliant, we underwent an evaluation process that included quality management and environmental system development, a management system documentation review/audit and a full assessment from ISOQAR, a certification Body that has been accredited by the government-recognised United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).

The ISO certifications clearly demonstrate that we have robust and defined procedures in place, we are committed to becoming environmentally aware in all areas of our business, compliant with all of the legal and regulatory requirements whilst providing the best service possible for our clients.

Quality is at the heart of everything we do, and we continuously challenge ourselves to improve our services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of our customers, while always complying with regulations and specifications.

We were supported seamlessly throughout the accreditation process by 2SB Management Systems.
